ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

In the feed industry, the pelletizing process is increasing due to the positive effects of pellet feed on both the performance and physical condition of the animals consuming this feed. The positive effects of pellet feed mainly depend on the physical quality of the pellet. In pellet feed production, it should be aimed to maintain the form during the production stage to animal feeding.

The properties of the feed (physical and chemical properties) and the applied technology (water vapor, annealing, oil addition, and cooling) are the factors affecting the pellet quality. These factors must be taken into account in order to produce pellets with the desired quality. It works with the most suitable capacity both in all small and big facilities according to the purpose. Pelletizing can be made at any size with adjustable blades.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE:

Semi-product is transferred to the conditioner and the double conditioner pelpeak units with feeding screw. Here, the product, which is softened by feeding with steam, is transferred to the pressing section. The product which is evenly distributed between the rolls and the disc is pressed here between 1.5 - 2 mm. Pelletizing can be made at any size with adjustable blades. Additional liquid input can be made to the machines if required.
